This photograph (which we have annotated) was likely taken sometine in the late 1930s to early 1940s.  A schoolboy has written on the back in blue ink with a steel nib (remember them?) showing the masters names and in some instances their nicknames.  The hand is reasonably legible, and is transposed as a table below.  You may be able to help confirm the facts, fill in the gaps or give fresh information.
